Our goals:

• To serve with joy and encourage fellowship amongst the church
• To have many laughs together through the blessing of working as a team

What's involved?

• Preparing / plating / serving food at events, and yes...it also involves the much needed clean up

When does this ministry operate?

• Sunday Mornings & other Special events such as Fellowship Lunches & Dinners / Conferences / Celebrations (especially with cake!)
• Morning Tea is provided every Sunday between LIFE Groups & main service.

Ways to serve:

• For Sunday morning teas - we are looking for people to provide food & assist with setting up/pack up

Other events:

• Setting up areas of service (Kitchen / Food and seating tables)
• Preparing food (Heating up / Cooking / Plating / Coordinating)
• Serving food items and other items required for the event
• Overseeing certain areas of service or even whole events as a lead volunteer
• Menu planning / brainstorming ideas
• Also looking for a dedicated person who would like to assist in the running/organisation of this ministry.

Requirements to serve in this ministry:

• Honestly, all you need is a heart to serve in a practical way
• An ability to smile will come in handy, actually at times you will probably also need to laugh

Important expectations of volunteers:

• Arriving promptly when rostered
• Commitment to fulfill your required duties
