Our ministry goals are to enhance connections within the church, and provide a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for our guests.
We also seek to equip & train our volunteers to grow in confidence as they speak with guests
What's involved?
The Connection ministry is focussed on making sure attendees & guests feel welcomed and at home at our church, and that various aspects of the service run smoothly, including helping people to find their way around the property, get seated & settled, and get connected with others in the church

Before, during & after services & on special events

Ushering people to their seat or to find other facilities

Requirements to serve in this ministry:
A friendly, helpful demeanour / Neat & tidy presentation
Punctuality
Important expectations of volunteers:
Attend training meetings
Be punctual & reliable
Focus on the needs & comfort of our guests - Generally speaking, volunteers are required to be ready to serve half an hour before each service, and during the service as required. Greeters may also need to spend time after the service making connections with guests
