Our goals:

• Aid the teaching and preaching of the Word of God (Matthew 28:19)
• Aid in worship of the Lord through song
• Encourage those who can't be at church via online streaming services
• Positively reinforce the Word of God that is preached from the pulpit
• Creative a positive worship experience through song and preaching of the Word

What's involved?

• We work at providing audio and visual aspects of our church services to assist with announcements, worship and the preaching of the Word
• We also work closely with the music ministry in microphone rehearsals and orchestra amplification

When does this ministry operate?

• Each Sunday & Wednesday Services
• Other special events, Leadership Conference, Carols Service etc

Ways to serve:

• Using software to display song lyrics / images / videos on screen
• Operate mixing desk for control of microphones and other inputs
• Live Stream services for Youtube & Facebook using cameras and streaming software

Requirements to serve in this ministry:

• Good Situational  Awareness
• Basic computer skills
• Follow procedures and work well in a team environment
• Ability to work with people, not just equipment
• Problem solving skills and musical background an advantage

Important expectations of volunteers:

• Reliability when rostered for services
• Available 30mins before services for setup and sound checks
• Available 10-15mins after services for file handling and packup
